Expedia Experience

While at Expedia.com, our CIO held the positions of Technical Lead, Development Lead, Development Manager, and Group Manager. The bulk of his time at Expedia was spent managing and participating in the architecture, design, and implementation of the core areas of Expedia’s system. His primary coding contributions were in the areas of memory management, thread management, load balancing, interprocess communications, remote communications, and similar infrastructure/utility libraries.

He was also the Technical Lead of the Platform Infrastructure team on a project to re-write and re-architect Expedia’s system in Java using a SOA methodology and "skinnable" presentation layer. Languages used: C/C++, Java, HTML, JavaScript, T-SQL, C#
